Gift Bags
27 Novembre, 2006

A week ago I watched a TV show on MTV about vips and their colossal privileges. Stars such as Paris Hilton (I hate her and her useless world), Victoria Beckham, John Travolta, Sharon Stone etc.. are even spoiler than Italian politicians...
It is generally known that they belong to a very lucky social class, but the majority of people ignore how many advantages they can really get!
Let’s take the gift bags... they are a sort of reward to the vips for being so… vips.
They are bags which contain a huge amount of gifts from either the biggest fashion firms of the world or the most important designers…
Vips get gift bags anytime and anywhere: during show business’ event, fashion and tv shows, smart parties, big public celebrations. They can have all the up to date gadgets, the ultimate accessories, the most beautiful and expansive fashion outfits for free, just because they are stars.
The best companies of the universe act like that because hope that stars would wear their brands in public situations. They get the best of everything for free and never refuse the presents.
Do you know what happen during the Oscar’s Night? The ones who fail the gold statue, get a consolation prize bag rich of expensive gifts.
Their sadness for the defeat has soon healed in this way…
But the vip gift bags are just the tip of an iceberg… Hollywood stars fly for free, eat for free, sleep for free. They can go to the best shops and get what they want for free… They can enjoy the most extraordinary hotels, spa, fitness centre, restaurants for free.
They don’t work like we do, they don’t live like we do. They do little and get lot. It’s shameful.

You seem so focused, even though you are so young. How did you fall in love for English? I started to love this language 3 years ago, when I decided to leave Italy for a while… I wrote you an e-mail to tell you more…
Cheers!
